Disneyland!

She actually wasn't terribly impressed.

But she liked Minnie's kitchen

But didn't think much of Minnie.

Small World?  It was okay.  There's a video too but that's posting later.

Then she fell asleep.

And slept through the line for the Jungle Boat and the entire ride too.  

But she liked it the second time round.  

The Jungle Boat

So this was her second ride on the Jungle Boat at Disneyland.  She slept right through the first one.  All the way through the line and all the way through the ride.  But she really liked it when she was awake for it.

Lady Bugs

I got a bunch of ladybugs to protect our crops and I was hoping quinners would like them too.

When we were ready to release them she ran to get her sunglasses first. She's a funny one.

She thought they were neat but it didn't last long.

But at least she isn't scared of them.

The Big Slide

She was done with the little slide and wanted to do the huge one.  I think the top of the slide was like 20 feet.  At least measuring crudely with the location of Mama's head...

Anyways, she's a pretty brave girl climbing all that way by herself, and she had a lot of fun.

She's not a baby anymore

 She's our little girl.  

And not a baby anymore.

And sometimes she's just a little monkey.

Piano

It's be nice if she was musically inclined but neither of her parents are so...

But it looks like she's already doing better than us so...

Dawn

So there's this awesome store by us called Whimsic Alley.  It started off as a Harry Potter store.  

They try to recreate Diagon Alley (and do a pretty fine job) and it's just filled with costumes toys, really anything you could want.  It's now got all sorts of Hunger Games and Doctor Who stuff too.  It's a really fun shop.  But I'm babbling.  

So I went and bought her the above toy.  And she loves it.  She named her Dawn and we have absolutely no idea where she got the name but the name has stuck.  

It's pretty cute.  She's goes to sleep with her every night too. 

On a sad note Dawn was eaten but our little monster Bucky who nearly paid with his life.  

Luckily I went back to the store and got the last one they had.  And if Bucky gets to Dawn 2.0 we'll be back to 2 dogs.  

Spring Cleaning!

She's a very helpful helper when it comes to cleaning.

But she wasn't thrilled with the water in her shoes.

And she thought Baylee was kinda dirty so she took care of that.  

She really does love to help.

NHM...Again

Now that we're members of the Natural History Museum we go a lot.  

It's really a great museum and they have tons of fun stuff for kids.  

Saturdays you can meet a live animal.  And when we went it was a bug.  

Which suited Quinn just fine.

Think she was trying to get away with the rock...but it was a bit heavy.

Easter!

It's quite the Easter outfit.  

And QUITE the Easter crowd.  She must be really cute or something...

More Easter Fun!

Nana was very nice and set up an Easter Egg Hunt for little Quinners.  She really enjoyed it.

Petersen Automotive Museum

The Petersen is a pretty awesome museum if you like cars.  And they have a pretty good Kids area too.  

It's right around the corner from us so it's pretty great.

And Quinn really enjoys it.

If you don't bring your own hot wheels they'll let you borrow some so you can send them down the huge ramps.  Quinn really enjoyed it.  The Johnny Rockets on the ground floor helps too.
